Axxair SX222-NAOF Orbital Prefab Welding Diameter ø55 - ø228mm
Prefabrication orbital welding machine with electronic regulation of arc voltage (AVC) and oscillation (OSC) for multi-pass welding.
It enables production of medium to large series of welding sub-assemblies.
Easy to use: Intuitive interface and parameters adapted to the characteristics of the tubes integrated into the SAXX power sources range.
Evolutive machine : can be transformed into an orbital cutting and bevelling machine. These machines can create controlled, reproducible and documented welds. This type of weld can undergo the most stringent testing: x-ray inspection.
Motorised axial sweep (OSC), Motorised setting and control of the distance tube-electrode (AVC), AVC/OSC system: allows to weld tubes with up to 12.7 mm wall thickness, Driven by SAXX power sources 210 and 300.
