Bohler AWS:ER110S-G UNION X 85 Low Alloy Welding Wire
Bohler UNION X 85 is Solid wire, low-alloyed, high strength engineered for gas metal arc welding (GMAW/Mig/Mag). It is specifically designed for joining high-strength, fine-grained structural steels and high-strength pipes. Delivers a highly tough weld metal profile even at low temperatures down to -50°C (indicated by the "5" in the ISO classification). Retains excellent mechanical properties and deformability even when subjected to higher heat inputs per unit during heavy fabrications. Yields a high tensile strength minimum matching the 790 MPa classification tier, making it ideal for critical load-bearing joint. Extensively used in crane construction, building frameworks, commercial vehicle manufacturing, and high-strength pipeline production.
