Bohler EMK 7-Ultra Solid Wire Mild Steel Welding Wire
Bohler EMK 7-Ultra is a premium copper coated solid welding wire engineered for gas metal arc welding (Gmaw/mig) of unalloyed and low alloyed carbon manganese structural steels. Part of the new-generation EMK Ultra series, it features a specialised Controlled Surface Treatment Process designed to maximise automated and manual welding productivity. Features a slightly lower silicon content than the standard Bohler EMK 6-Ultra, providing unique wetting and fluidity profiles optimised for excellent mild steel weldability. The Ultra series surface treatment guarantees exceptionally smooth feeding, making it highly reliable for long torch liners and high-speed robotic applications. Engineered to generate high deposition rates, significantly less spatter, and fewer silicates, reducing post-weld cleanup time.
