Bohler Fox CN 29/9-A (Special Applications & Dissimilar Joints) Stainless Steel Stick Electrodes
The Bohler Fox CN 29/9-A are premium, high alloyed rutile coated stick electrodes engineered primarily for repair, maintenance & joining dissimilar or difficult to weld steels. It complies with international classifications AWS A5.4: E312-17 and EN ISO 3581-A: E 29 9 R 3 2. Due to its high ferrite content, it produces a duplex austenitic-ferritic weld micro-structure that provides exceptional resistance to hot cracking and high tensile strength.
Features
- Highly alloyed electrode with high ferrite content to offer high tensile strength and excellent resistance to cracking.
- The weld metal gets harder as it takes impact or pressure, which helps resist wear.
- It creates a neat bead with easy-to-remove slag
