Bohler Fox Yellow (Rutile) Mild Steel Stick Electrodes

Bohler Phoenix Yellow rutile-based coated stick electrodes are versatile for repair, assembly, and workshop welding. Assembly work can be carried out with a constant current in all positions. Ideal for welding in constrained positions. Compatible with both direct and alternating current. Produces fine, smooth welds with a notch-free transition to the base material. Easy to use, making it suitable even for beginners.

Easy ignition and re-ignition. Bohler Phoenix Yellow stick electrodes exhibit excellent climbing properties. Particularly suitable for x-ray welding of pipe circumferential seams. Good, pore-free penetration is guaranteed even with narrow air gaps.

The stick electrodes can also be used on small transformers and are weldable at 42V protective voltage, suitable for pipeline construction, boiler construction, tank construction, steel construction and shipbuilding.
