Bohler Phoenix Chromo 1 (Creep Resistant) Low Alloy Steel Stick Electrodes

Commonly applied in boiler, super-heater, and pressure vessel fabrication, as well as power plant construction, steam lines and piping systems in power and petrochemical processing. Cr‑Mo alloy electrode with ~ 1.25 % Cr / 0.50 % Mo, basic coating and low hydrogen content, suitable for service up to ~ 550‑600°C. 

Features

  • Service Temperature: Effective for long-term service temperatures up to roughly 550°C–570°C. 
  • Industry Uses: Commonly applied in boiler, super-heater, and pressure vessel fabrication, as well as power plant construction and petrochemical processing.
  • Weld Characteristics: Provides a stable arc, low diffusible hydrogen levels to prevent cold cracking, and dependable mechanical properties under sustained thermal stress
