Bohler UTP 32 (Joining & Repair-Stainless steels) Special application Stick Electrodes
Bohler UTP 32 are basic-coated tin-bronze stick electrodes, primarily used for joining and repairing copper-tin alloys, cast bronzes, and dissimilar metal combinations.
Features
- Excellent Arc Stability: It operates with a stable arc and little sizzle, giving the welder optimal control over the puddle.
- User-Friendly Slag Behaviour: Designed for easy striking and good slag removal, which simplifies multi-pass cleaning.
- Flawless Deposit Quality: Formulated to yield cords produces dense and free of pores, ensuring X-ray quality results in critical repair zones.
- Preheating Flexibility: While thinner pieces can be welded cold, it performs well with a moderate preheating of 100 – 250 °C on thick wall sections (> 8 mm)
