Bohler UTP 63 (Joining & Repair-Stainless steels) Special application Stick Electrodes
Bohler UTP 63 are rutile coated, fully austenitic stick electrode for repair welding of alloyed construction and heat-treated steel. Ideal for joining and repairing alloyed construction steels, heat-treated steels, and austenitic chromium-nickel (CrNi) stainless steels, as well as dissimilar joints (carbon steel to stainless steel). Approximately 190–200 HB in the as-welded condition, work-hardening up to roughly 250–350 HB under pressure and impact.
