Bohler WEARstick Co 6 (Cobalt Alloys) Stick Electrodes
Bohler wearstick Co 6, (formerly Celsit 706), is a hardfacing electrode designed for welding wear plates and other components that require high abrasion resistance. It is a cobalt-based alloy that deposits a hard, smooth weld with excellent wear resistance. The WEARstick Co 6 is also easy to weld and produces a low-spatter weld.
Features
- High abrasion resistance, very stable arc.
- Easy to weld.
- Low spatter.
- High-quality, finely rippled smooth weld finish.
Technical Data
- AWS A5.13, E CoCr-A
- EN ISO 14700, E Z Co2
- Cobalt-chromium-tungsten alloy (Stellite 6 equivalent).
- Pure weld metal deposit typically achieves 40–42 HRC.
- Excellent; the deposited metal can be machined using tungsten carbide cutting tools or finished by grinding.
- Non-magnetic
