Bohler WEARstick Tool 58 (Tool Steels) Stick Electrodes
Bohler wearstick Tool 58 rutile coated stick electrodes for cold and hot work tool steels. High weld metal hardness, hardness: approx. 58 HRC. Their primary uses are rebuilding, surfacing, and repairing worn tool components, dies, and cutting edges that require high resistance to wear and elevated hardness.
Features
- Optimised for hardfacing both cold work and hot work tool steels, as well as building up resilient working layers on low-alloy or non-alloyed base materials.
- Provides high arc stability, creating a very even, finely rippled bead formation with minimal spatter.
- Formulated to reduce the risk of structural cracking, even under severe thermal stress or multi-layer wear build-ups
Technical Data
- Approximately 55 – 58 HRC (Rockwell C hardness scale, which measures metal hardness).
- Basic coated.
- EN ISO 14700, E Z Fe3
