Cougartron Fury100XF Weld-cleaner 110V/230V represents an upgraded version of our popular FURY100 weld cleaner. With its fully-integrated fluid feed system, weld cleaning is faster and more flexible than ever before. This machine is highly effective against all forms of heavy oxidation after welding and can also be used for electropolishing and marking.

The FURY100XF is versatile and suitable for:

• TIG weld cleaning with a 100% duty cycle
• MIG weld cleaning (up to 10mm thickness)
• Marking and Etching – compatible with the Cougartron Basic Etching Set
• Electropolishing – enabling in-house polishing of parts

This machine is primarily designed for welding professionals dealing with stronger weld oxidation and discoloration, without requiring the full power spectrum characteristic of the FURY200 and FURY200XF models.

The FURY100XF is available in standard 230V and 110V inputs. The 110V version enhances portability and usability in locations where stronger current inputs are unavailable. Despite the lower input voltage, the machine effectively cleans both light and dark MIG welds, making it a unique solution in the market.

Note: For optimal performance, it’s recommended to use two weld cleaning brushes (with a power input of up to 100 amps) for twice the cleaning speed. For smaller TIG jobs with a maximum power input of 80 amps, one brush is sufficient. While it’s possible to use four brushes simultaneously, it’s only recommended for surface cleaning, not weld cleaning.
