EXACT PIPECUT + BEVEL AIR 360 – AIR OPERATED CAST IRON AND PLASTIC PIPE SAW
The Exact Pipecut and Bevel 360 Air is an air operated pipe saw, designed specifically for the cutting and bevelling of concrete lined cast iron and plastic pipes encountered in repair and maintenance works of the water utilities industry. A fully pneumatic saw, the Exact Air 360 Pipe saw has been designed to overcome the issue of cutting fixed position pipe when fully encapsulated with water, often in ditches or trenches. This underwater capable saw is equally suitable for cutting pipe on pipe stands like any other Exact saw too and will cut Steel, plastic or glass fibre pipes if required.
Bevelling can be used to bevel and cut at the same time, producing a cut section with a bevelled edge for easy subsequent welding to join pipe together.
Like all Exact scorpion saws, the clamping mechanism ensures a perfect cut every time which minimises preparation for subsequent pipe joining. This machine includes cutting depth adjustment, special disc & blade guard
The PipeCut Air 360 model meets the demands of the water utilities section and has been enthusiastically received from the date of it’s official launch.
For greater cutting depth, there is an option to purchase 180 mm blades.
