The F-Tech Armur Guard Welding Fume Extraction Unit is a portable, high performance solution for capturing welding fumes and dust. Mounted on swivel casters allowing the user to easily manoeuvre the unit closer to the welding area. This local exhaust ventilation (LEV) is perfect for use in garages, workshops and welding bays.

It features a positional suction arm so that the extraction hood is directed over the welding area. The LEV system extracts welding fume at source before reaching the operators breathing zone. Equipped with PTFE cartridge filters, a 10kg active carbon filter for VOCs, and an automatic compressed air cleaning system, it ensures efficient, low-maintenance operation. 

Smoke and dust enter from above and the heaviest dust falls into the first collection drawer. The finest dust arrives on the external surface of the cartridge filters, from where they detach and fall into the second collection drawer during the automatic counter current cleaning cycle.
