The Mini Auto Compact pipe bevelling machine is a hand operated automatic machine designed specifically for high duty cycle, repetitive work on heat exchangers and condensers. The Mini Auto Compact tube facing & pipe bevelling machine features automatic cutter head feed and return, greatly reducing operator fatigue, providing a much higher duty output than standard manually operated pipe bevelling machines.
The Mini Auto Compact tube facing/pipe bevelling machine is a uniquely developed machine, exclusive to GBC, specifically for the facing back & bevelling of tubes and pipes and seal weld removal in the manufacture and maintenance of heat exchangers, condensers.
The system requires only one pneumatic air feed to operate all features, auto-locking, cutter head rotation and cutter head feed. The Mini Auto Compact tube facing machine is equipped with a powerful pneumatic motor and weighs only 4kg, when used in conjunction with a GBC counterbalance unit the operator is able to manipulate the machine with minimal effort required.
The in-built micro sensor automatically stops the feed of the machine once the desired feed stroke/material removal has been achieved, ensuring precision depth on each machine cycle. Once the machining operation has been completed the cutter head is returned to start at desired distance and returns the cutter head to the original start position.
