The Redrock 300t Conventional Welding Rotator Set is heavy-duty fabrication equipment, engineered specifically for the precision of large-scale cylindrical work-pieces. This conventional turning roll set is designed to meet and exceed those requirements with reliability and control.
This system, comprising one Drive Rotator and one Idler Rotator, and offers a robust total rotation capacity of 450 tonnes and a specified working load capacity of 300 tonnes, making it an indispensable asset for projects involving massive pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and industrial pipes. The design ensures stable, concentric rotation across a vast range of diameters, from a minimum of ø895 mm to an impressive maximum of ø9531 mm.
Equipped with highly durable Polyurethane tyres, the Redrock rotator set prevents surface marking on sensitive materials while maintaining exceptional grip and load distribution. Precision welding is achieved through advanced electronic speed control, delivering a consistent and infinitely variable roller speed range from 125 mm/min up to 1250 mm/min (5~50Hz). - Manual Wheel Centre Adjustment: Operators can adjust the wheel bracket distances manually along the frame bed, making it highly customisable and rigid for fabrication shops dealing with standardised production lines or consistent work-piece diameters.
- Heavy-Duty Traction: The replaceable polyurethane tyres are mounted directly onto cast steel drums. This layout provides maximum operational lifespan and prevents work-piece slippage during circumferential welding.
