The BM20 Plus is a portable, heavy-duty edge preparation bevelling machine designed for bevelling both plate and pipes prior to welding with ease and accuracy, and is both operator-friendly and versatile. Its state-of-the-art electronic motor overload module offers additional protection to the machine and tooling. Equipped with a guide roller, the BM20 Plus is light and easy to operate.
Fitted with two rotary milling heads, each holding five 4-sided cutting inserts, the BM20 Plus allows for smooth operation and exceptional efficiency. An ideal beveller for edge preparation on plate as standard from 15 -60 degrees, up to a maximum bevel width of 21 mm. The BM20 Plus features a host of additional optional tooling that enhances the beveller's capabilities further for facing off steel, bevelling curved plate and pipe.
