JEi SteelBeast BM-6C Cordless Compact Bevelling Machine
The BM-6C is a compact, lightweight, battery-powered machine that produces clean bevels up to 6 mm wide on plates, pipes, and contours. It’s also the ideal tool for rounding off radii R2, R3, R4, and R5 on metal structures before painting, which helps to prevent rust build-up on sharp edges.
With no supply cable to trip over or tangle, the BM-6C offers maximum flexibility and portability, making it perfect for outdoor use or remote locations with no access to mains power.
To keep you working longer, the BM-6C comes with two rechargeable CAS batteries included.
The new EN 1090 & EN-ISO 12944 Part 2 applications directive, demands a soft or radius edge applying to all steel sections before painting, to prevent rust build up on sharp edges. The BM-6C, is quick, simple-to-use, and creates a perfect radius in just one pass, saving time and money over conventional grinding methods.
