The Kempact 253 A welding machine is used in modern welding workshops and metal construction companies for light and medium-duty tasks. The HotSpot function makes the Kempact 253 A ideal for vehicle repairs and processing thin sheet metal.
Features
- The Kemppi Kempact 253 A compact welder is based on Kemppi's latest power source programme, which ensures optimum welding performance and excellent energy and cost efficiency. With a 3-phase 400 V power supply, it generates a welding current of 250 A.
- The HotSpot function simplifies metal shrinkage and the heating of individual parts with four heat settings. The HotSpot function can also be used to heat rusted nuts and screws or other metal parts and make them easier to loosen.
- The GasMate housing design makes it easy to insert and store the gas cylinders and move the machine. The gas cylinder is inserted at floor level and secured with strong fabric straps.
- In addition to the functions of the regular control panel, the adaptive control panel includes a workpiece thickness controller, a selection of filler materials and four memory channels combined with an adaptive set-up mode.
- Other benefits of the Kempact 253 A include excellent welding performance with mixed or C02 shielding gas, precise and clean arc ignition, maximum output power at 35 % duty cycle, a large, clear LCD display, WireLine™ maintenance indicator, Brights™ housing lighting, 2T/4T torch function, arc timer for spot and interval welding and spare parts trays.
- The Kempact 253 A includes a conventional control panel, a DuraTorque wire feeder with four rollers, a Flexlite GX 303 G 5 m torch and an earth cable.
