AccuLock™ S liners-Bernard® BTB Series can all be supported with a common line of high-performing consumables – including new AccuLock™ S liner – which simplifies ongoing maintenance and inventory costs.
Centerfire™-Centerfire™ contact tips, nozzles and diffusers are easy-to-use and high performing – they provide better arc starts, less spatter and more consistent welds – and also last up to three times longer than competitive brands.
Quik Tip™-Bernard Quik Tip™ consumables are designed with a threaded taper lock between the contact tip and the gas diffuser that increases tip life by providing excellent heat transfer and electrical conductivity.
TOUGH LOCK®-TOUGH LOCK contact tips are manufactured from high-quality, high-conductivity copper using a mandrel-drawn process that controls tip tolerances. When mated with our TOUGH LOCK retaining heads, they produce lower contact tip temperatures.
Durable unicable design-Choose Hytrel® polymer cable (industrial grade), or upgrade to steel monocoil cable for extra pinch/kink resistance.
Liner options-Choose between new AccuLock S liners for a flawless wire-feed path and error-proof liner replacement, Bernard conventional liners, front-loading QUICK LOAD® liners or the QUICK LOAD liner AutoLength™ system.
QUICK LOAD® liners-Innovative QUICK LOAD® liners install from the front of the MIG gun in less than half the time required to install conventional liners, increasing uptime, cost savings and safety.
Patented Jump Liner-allows quick neck change and replacement of only most commonly worn or clogged liner area, which reduces the amount of time a gun is offline and minimizes inventory.
Back end with durable rigid strain relief-and easily interchangeable direct plugs and trigger leads connect to wire feeders and machines from major manufacturers and allow simple maintenance.
