The Mosa WF4 Wire Feed Unit enables MIG Welding with CC/CV and DSP Mosa Welding Generators. The WF4 connects to the welder generator to provide a semi-automatic MIG wire feed to match the welding parameters set on the DSP or CC/CV unit. This is a heavy duty wire feed system using 4×4 rolls that can be replaced without the need for tools.
The WF4 MIG Wire feed unit can be used on all Mosa DSP models, CC/CV machines and the CS230 / CT250 (chopper technology) range.
Functions can be selected to alter gas purge and wire inch. You can choose your preference of 2/4 stroke trigger on the MIG torch.
This unit features burn back wire control and variable soft start welding control. There are also optional water cooling connections.
The unit is packaged in shockproof plastic casing with controls that can be easily viewed due to the sloping front panel. Weighing just 17kg the unit can be lifted with the robust handle or lifting eyebolt. There is also an optional 4 wheel base accessory, should it be required.
A wire feed unit is the perfect addition to a welder generator set up, where the power source can be used for MIG welding, where higher deposition rates increase productivity.
