Hi-Lo 1H-5H Oxygen/Propane Super Heating Nozzles
Hi-Lo UK Super heating nozzle is available in sizes #1 to #5 Oxy/propane and are used throughout the industry for a wide variety of applications.
Often used in pre and post-heating for your welding applications these are typically used in heating large plates for forming operations, expanding items and other similar applications.
You can use these with Hi-Lo Type 3 shank, propane heavy duty mixer and long stainless-steel neck (500mm, 700mm or 900mm) However these heating nozzles can be fitted directly into extended length cutting torch which provides higher heat output.

Sometimes you might hear people refer to nozzles as “Pepper Pots” however these super heating nozzles when compared to other heating nozzles styles this names isn’t appropriate.

Our superheating nozzles are safe and of high quality, however correct setting of these nozzles is important to ensure the fuel is burnt correctly. We would highly recommend you to avoid soft flame, if you have too much heat use a smaller size nozzle.
