This machine shield is specifically designed for use with Machine Torches for all cutting requirements. The drag shield provides an isolation barrier between the nozzle and the work piece as a result eliminating the phenomenon known as double arcing.
When to replace: Changeover of this consumable should be performed when the main orifice or ventilation holes become damaged or blocked. Failure to change these can result in poor cutting performance.
