Bohler UTP WEARcore MnCr13-O, Gas shielded metal-cored wire, multi-purpose cored wire, mainly used for rebuilding and joining of Carbon and 14% Manganese steels subjected to heavy impacts, hardness - 190 HB. Hardfacing Flux-Cored MIG Wire is a multi-purpose hardfacing wire that is ideal for rebuilding and joining carbon and 14% manganese steels. It can also be used as a buffer layer prior to hard overlay and is a work-hardenable alloy that provides excellent abrasion resistance, impact resistance, high heat resistance, and crack resistance. It is also machinable with metallic carbide tipped tools.
UTP WEARcore MnCr13-O is commonly used in a wide range of applications, including, railway rails and crossovers, mill shaft drive ends, gyratory crusher mantles, repointing of shovel teeth, buffer layer for inter-particles crushers, crusher rollers and hammers, asphalt mixer blades, agricultural tools, shovel bucket teeth and lips, bulldozer blades, cane knives and shredders and bed knives in the wood pulp industry.
