Bohler 64HRc Wearcore XD 63-O Hardfacing Cored MIG Wire
Self-shielded flux cored wire, CrNb alloy designed to resist high stress grinding abrasion at service temperature not exceeding 450 °C.High hardness: 63 HRC. Chromium-niobium alloy wire is designed to provide excellent wear resistance, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, and high temperature resistance. It is ideal for hardfacing applications such as shovel and excavator bucket lips and teeth, hammers, rippers, crushing equipment, wear plates, expeller screws, and gyratory crushers.
UTP WEARcore XD 63-O Hardfacing Cored MIG Wire is a flux-cored wire that can be welded in all positions. It has a high deposition rate and produces a smooth, even weld bead. The weld deposit is austenitic in structure with primary and eutectic carbides and nodular niobium carbides. This microstructure provides excellent wear resistance and abrasion resistance. Highly resistant to impact and high temperature. It can withstand service temperatures up to 450°C (842°F). This makes it ideal for applications where the weld deposit will be subjected to severe wear and tear.
