Bohler AWS:ER307(mod) Thermanit X Srainless Steel Welding Wire
Solid wire, high-alloyed, special applications, including joining dissimilar steels, creating tough buffer layers, and fabricating high-strength or impact-resistant assemblies, ideal for bridging structural unalloyed or low-alloyed steels to stainless austenitic steels. Frequently utilised for 14% manganese steels, armour plates, high-carbon steels, and quenched/tempered structural steels. Acts as a highly ductile cushion/buffer layer prior to applying hardfacing or wear-resistant overlays. It yields exceptional ductility and elongation. The weld deposit is highly resistant to embrittlement, work-hardens under impact, and features extreme resistance to hot cracking.
