Bohler AWS:ER312 Thermanit 30/10 Stainless Steel Welding Wire
Bohler Thermanit 30/10 is a Solid wire, high-alloyed, stainless steel, austenitic Mig welding wire designed for joining dissimilar steels, hardfacing, and difficult to weld materials. Contains roughly 30% chromium and 10% nickel (G 29 9 / ER312 classification), creating a high-ferrite microstructure that resists hot cracking. Used to join unalloyed/low-alloy structural steels to stainless or high-alloy steels, ideal as a buffer or levelling layer for cladding tool steels, repairing cracked machinery, or joining high-manganese steels.
