Bohler AWS:ER347Si Thermanit H-347 Si Stainless Steel Welding Wire
The Bohler Thermanit H-347 Si is a high-alloy, non-corroding solid wire for MIG/MAG welding of stabilised and non-stabilised austenitic CrNi steels. Due to niobium stabilisation, the welding filler metal is particularly suitable for applications requiring high resistance to intergranular corrosion and excellent toughness.
Thanks to its increased silicon content, the wire impresses with excellent welding properties, a calm arc behavior, and a clean weld surface. The corrosion resistance of the weld metal corresponds to that of similar stabilised austenitic stainless steels. The weld metal also remains tough down to -196 °C and is suitable for operating temperatures up to 400 °C.
