The Redrock RD10-PV is a 10 ton self aligning welding rotator set consisting of one drive unit and one idler unit, it automatically pivots and adjusts to different vessel diameters, removing the need for manual wheel layout changes and speeding up the fabrication setup.

This specific rotator set includes one robust drive unit and one idler unit, featuring a combined nominal set capacity of 10 metric tonnes. Critically, the system is validated for a total rotational work-piece capacity of 15 metric tonnes, providing substantial reserve capacity and versatility for various industrial projects.

The self-aligning design is intelligently adapting the roller spacing to precisely cradle work-pieces with varying diameters – from a minimum vessel size of Ø500 mm up to a substantial maximum of Ø3500 mm.
