The Redrock RRW800-1200-PS-50-F-E 800t Conventional Welding Rotator Set is an ultra high capacity industrial positioning system designed for heavy duty vessel fabrication, such as massive wind tower sections, nuclear reactors, and heavy walled pressure vessels.
Built with an uncompromising commitment to structural integrity and operational expertise, the Redrock 800t features robust, heavy-duty chassis construction and high-grade, machined steel rollers, ensuring maximum grip and minimal roller deflection even under maximum load. The drive unit incorporates a highly reliable variable speed AC motor and gearbox system, delivering precise, consistent, and variable rotation speed from 100 to 1,000 mm/min. This granular speed control is critical for optimising weld quality across a wide range of welding processes.
