The Redrock RW500-PS-43 Steel Wheel 500t Conventional Rotator Set is an ultra heavy duty vessel positioning system.It swaps standard polyurethane tyres for specialised all-steel wheels to handle extreme weights, high temperatures, and harsh industrial environments without material deformation.

Engineered for exceptional reliability and operational precision, this system is indispensable for projects requiring the manoeuvring and precise circumferential welding of large, cylindrical work-pieces, such as pressure vessels, pipes, and tanks. Featuring a robust conventional design with 42CrMo Steel Wheels, this heavy-duty welding rotator set provides a 500 ton total rotation capacity, ensuring stability and smooth rotation under the most demanding loads.
