The Redrock RW60-100-PP-35-FM-WE is a heavy-duty 60 tonne Conventional Welding Rotator to rotate cylindrical work-pieces. Engineered for precision, stability, and extreme reliability, this rotator set is indispensable for workshops demanding production of large cylindrical workpieces such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and storage tanks during fabrication and automated welding procedures.
This conventional rotator set boasts an exceptional total rotation capacity of 100 metric tonnes, providing the essential support for your most challenging projects. The precision-engineered drive and idler units are designed to integrate seamlessly, ensuring uniform rotation speed and eliminating slippage, which is critical for executing high-integrity circumferential seam welds.
The set features durable, high-grip Polyurethane (PU) tyres (Shore ‘A’ 88-93), which provide superior traction and protect the surface finish of delicate materials, making it a versatile tool for various industrial applications. The variable roller speed of 130 to 1300 MM/min is easily controlled, offering the precision necessary for all welding processes.

- Stepless Inverter Control: Employs an AC variable-frequency drive system working across a 5–50Hz range. This delivers infinitely variable, smooth roller speeds between 130 and 1300 mm/min for precision automated or manual welding.
- Dual Motorization: Rotates workpieces using a synchronized two-motor, two-wheel drive setup. This layout eliminates the need for mechanical torque interconnecting bars, increasing floor space and mechanical reliability.
- Industrial Enclosure: Control panels are housed in dust- and water-resistant IP65-rated enclosures certified to meet UKCA, CE, and UL standards.
- Triple Polyurethane Wheels: Each roller utilizes high-durability, triple polyurethane (PU) tyres (Φ520mm x 100mm x 3). They feature a Shore 'A' 88-93 hardness rating, delivering non-marring surface protection to prevent scarring on exotic metals or thin-walled vessels.
- Cast Steel Wheel Drums: Replaceable PU tyres are mounted directly onto solid, heavy-duty cast steel drums. This construction guarantees superior traction and resists structural deformation under full load capacity.
