TAG TP4PCK Prep4 Pneumatic Conversion Kit
This modular kit allows operators to convert an existing electric or battery-powered TAG PREP 4 Pipe Bevelling Machine into a fully pneumatic, air-driven unit
Converting a PREP 4 unit to pneumatic power using the TP4PCK kit is standard practice for field operators who transition from workshops to spark-restricted, harsh, or volatile environments. Pneumatic operations remove the risk of electrical shock in wet conditions and eliminate potential ignition sources in high-volume boiler repairs or pipeline shutdowns.
It replaces or upgrades the existing motor assembly to the standard TP4P (Pneumatic) configuration, the converted machine will operate under the following parameters.
- Working Pressure: Up to 90 psi (6.5 bar)
- Air Consumption: 36 cfm (1020 l/min)
- Inlet Connection: 1/2 inch air hose connection
- Idle Speed: 0 to 100 rpm (fully controllable variable speed)
