AMA AMA-4008 Polyurethane Rollers Plain (2 Pcs) Pipe Stand B
AMA Polyurethane Plain Rollers designed for Pipe Stand B applications, providing smooth pipe rotation during welding operations. These durable polyurethane rollers offer excellent grip and wear resistance for consistent pipe handling in fabrication environments.
The type B pipe stand is a simple designed pipe support rest which comes equipped for stainless steel pipe welding and cutting. Use this optional part to use the stand for welding and cutting softer metals, such as aluminium.
With use of the stand and the adjustable ball rollers, pipe up to 560KG in weight can be turned or moved over the stand effortlessly.
A standard, Type B pipe stand comes with Stainless Steel ball rollers. This is an optional extra of Polyurethane (PU) rollers with Plain bearings.
PU rollers
Polyurethane is superior at protecting the pipe and will cause less abrasions and scratching than the standard s/steel rollers. This is of particular importance when welding or cutting soft metals such as aluminium.
Plain Bearings
With no rolling elements, the smooth surface supports a rotating shaft. These bearings are ideal for heavy and slow loads. Ideal when a robust application is important.
