Bohler FOX CEL+ 6010 Stick Electrodes, these cellulose-coated welding rods are specifically designed for the demands of large diameter pipeline construction and repair, delivering superior performance, safety, and reliability.

Features

  • AWS Classification: Meets E6010 (AWS A5.1/SFA-5.1) and E4310 (AWS A5.1M) specifications.
  • European Classification: Complies with E382 C21 (EN ISO 2560-A).
  • Coating Type: Features a cellulose coating specifically engineered for high-integrity pipeline work.
  • Welding Position Optimisation: Primarily recommended for vertical-down welding , especially for the root pass , but also suitable for vertical up.
  • Polarity: Operates on DC positive polarity (DC +) , with an option for Minuspol.
  • Weld Metal Chemistry (Typical wt.-%): Offers a controlled composition with 0.17% Carbon (C), 0.15% Silicon (Si), and 0.6% Manganese (Mn).
  • Weld Integrity Assurance: Provides high safety against the formation of piping or hollow bead and undercut.
  • Sour Gas Resistance: Suitable for sour gas applications (HIC-Test acc. to NACE TM-02-84) , with available SSC-test values.
