Bohler Fox EV 65 (High Strength) Low Alloy Steel Stick Electrodes
The Bohler Fox EV 65 are premium, basic coated, low alloy stick electrodes provide exceptional crack resistance, high ductility, and an ultra-low hydrogen profile.
Features
- Specifically designed for heavy structural steels up to a 550 MPa yield strength limit.
- Retains excellent ductility and mechanical performance at temperatures down to -60°C.
- Features an H4R/H5 rating, ensuring diffusible hydrogen levels stay under 4 ml/100 g of weld metal to eliminate cold-cracking risks.
- Extensively tested and approved for sour environments, successfully passing the HIC-Test (NACE TM-02-84) and SSC-testing benchmarks.
- Delivers excellent handling profile across all welding positions except vertical-down
