The Bohler Fox EV 85 are High Performance, Low Alloyed, basic coated stick electrodes (SMAW) for welding high strength, fine grained constructional steels with a yield strength up to 690 MPa,heavy equipment such as crane booms, mining machinery, and earth moving parts, fabrication, repair of heavy crane booms, mining gear, and construction of high-pressure storage tanks, structural components for bridges, high-stress building frames, and offshore jack-up drilling platforms.
