Bohler WEARstick Tool 45 (Tool Steels) Stick Electrodes
Bohler wearstick Tool 45 are basic coated stick electrodes for cold and hot work tool steels. Medium to hard weld metal hardness. Hardness: 45 - 50 HRC, these electrodes are primarily used in tool rooms and heavy maintenance departments for building up or repairing high-wear industrial components such as reconditioning cutting edges, blanking dies, punching tools, and shear blades. Repairing hot-work forging dies, die-casting moulds, and extrusion tools, hardfacing machine components subjected to a combination of moderate impact, friction, and thermal stress.
