Bohler WEARstick Tool 55 (Tool Steels) Stick Electrodes
Bohler WEARstick Tool 55 basic coated stick electrodes for cold and hot work tool steels. High weld metal hardness, hardness: 55 - 58 HRC. Weardtick Tool 55 alloys is engineered for highly wear resistant build-ups on machine parts and tools, subject to heavy abrasion and compression combined with moderate impact at elevated temperatures. Common use cases include forging tools and roll mandrels, hot trimming knives and axial rolls, and creating high-quality working surfaces by cladding over non-alloyed or low-alloy base materials.
