Genuine Jasic Cutting Tips 105A (51419) for the UPH-125 Cutting Torch. These Hypertherm compatible cutting tips (220990) fit the Jasic EVO Cut 80 and Cut 100 and works with Hypertherm Powermax 45XP, 65, 85 and 105 plasma cutting systems. It supports an operating amperage of 105A for reliable cutting performance.
The nozzle focuses the plasma arc by funnelling gas flow. The nozzle or tip orifice should be clean, symmetrical and the correct size to maintain cutting performance. As the tip or nozzle orifice is worn away with normal applications, the arc will get wider and less defined.
