These Hypertherm compatible electrodes fit the Jasic EVO Cut 80 and Cut 100 and works with Hypertherm Powermax 45XP, 65, 85 and 105 plasma cutting systems. It supports an operating amperage range of 45–105A for reliable cutting performance.
Electrodes are among one of the most frequently replaced parts in plasma torches. The electrode delivers power to the plasma arc, with a Hafnium insert at the tip that withstands extreme heat. Over time, the insert will slowly erode away, forming a small hole in the electrode tip. This is a clear sign it’s time for replacement.
