The SIP FX300 Welding Fume Extractor is a powerful and mobile fume extractor designed to capture high-level concentrates of welding fume pollutants. Suitable for large fabrication workshops, welding stations and automotive settings.

Featuring a 3-stage H13 filtration system and fitted with a 2mtr flexible arm suction hose, the FX300 filters 99.97% of sparks, spatter and dust as well as harmful fumes and gases.

This supports HSE requirements for handling weldable materials, which helps to reduce exposure to hazardous pollutants and improve work area quality.

99.97% FILTRATION OF HAZARDOUS POLLUTANTS USING A 3-STAGE INTERNAL FILTRATION SYSTEM, INCLUDING HIGH EFFICIENCY PARTICULATE AIR (H13) FILTER WHICH CAPTURES PARTICLES DOWN TO 0.3 MICRONS

  • STAGE 1: MULTI-LAYER SPARK ARRESTOR: Captures larger particles including sparks and spatter, preventing them from reaching and damaging next-stage filters.
  • STAGE 2: HIGH EFFICIENCY PARTICULATE AIR (H13) FILTER: This second stage process filters finer airborne particles down to 0.3 microns, maximising the effectiveness of the filtration process.
  • STAGE 3: ACTIVATED CARBON COTTON FILTER: This final stage process removes fume odours through absorption to maximise the filtration process.
